2. Description of Service

AIMEDQS provides an AI-powered medical question bank for exam preparation, including interactive sessions, practice questions, and study resources. The Service is designed to help medical professionals prepare for various exams, including but not limited to MCCQE1, TDM, and CCFP exams.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Update your information to keep it current
• Protect your account credentials and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment and Subscription

The Service offers various credit packages for purchase. By purchasing credits, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected package
• Provide accurate billing information
• Acknowledge that all purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law

Credits expire 12 months after purchase unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by AIMEDQS or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the Service without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, such as notes or feedback. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account or access credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other harmful material

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

WHILE OUR CONTENT IS DESIGNED TO HELP YOU PREPARE FOR MEDICAL EXAMS, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE EXAM RESULTS OR PASSING SCORES. THE SERVICE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL EDUCATION OR TRAINING.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIMEDQS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
